Sales management
Manage your customers' orders from the app in a very easy and comfortable way, wherever you are. Once you have managed it, it will be sent to the ERP and you will have all your sales centralized and ready to be prepared and sent.
- Customer management: as easy as selecting the customer and reviewing all their data, pending bills or the status of other orders they have placed. Once this is done, verify the order data by selecting a date, shipping address, payment method and discounts to be applied.
- Order management: enter the order with its units and remarks and that's it! Confirm and it will be sent to the ERP and you will receive your sales order with its delivery note immediately on your Sage 200.
- Consult real-time stock and product prices.
- Agenda management: from the app you can keep track and schedule visits to customers to have everything at hand and consult it in a quick glance from your mobile or tablet.
Purchasing management
Are you out of stock and need replenishment but are out of the office? With the Sage 200 app you can place your own orders with your suppliers whenever you need to, no matter where you are, simply with your cell phone or tablet.
- Supplier management: you will be able to consult the contact details of your suppliers, their address, invoicing... and thus decide which supplier you wish to order from.
- Order configuration: enter the product you need either by barcode or direct selection of the product, the quantity required and send to Sage 200 to centralize all the information and generate the order delivery note.
- Barcodes: everything much simpler and faster with a barcode reader! The application allows the assignment of barcodes to products and units.
Warehouse control
From the app of Sage 200 you will be able to control your warehouse at all times and make the necessary arrangements from your cell phone or tablet. The app also includes a color code and sound and vibration warnings in shipments and receptions to quickly detect if there are problems with any order.
- Item management: control stock in real time, associate images to products or check prices.
- Barcode: a barcode reader will help you a lot, and the application also allows you to assign codes to products and units to speed up the ordering process.
- Expedition control: from the app you will be able to control the orders to be expedited, simply by selecting the order and its products. Then send the documentation to your Sage 200 and everything will be reflected in the generated order.
- Reception control: if you are going to receive goods, you can speed up the process from the app: choose the order you are going to receive, with the barcode or manually enter the products received and send the documentation to your Sage 200, so everything will be collected under the order generated.
